A strong storm system is still expected to bring gusty winds and rain, heavy at times, to eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Rainfall amounts have largely remained the same, with most across the forecast area seeing upwards of an inch of rain. The main change in the forecast is there is increasing uncertainty with regards to rainfall amounts across northeast Nebraska. Rain is still expected Monday into Monday night, but there is increasing spread in rainfall amounts resulting from differences in how far north the heaviest rain will move.
