11:00AM UPDATE: The Storm Prediction Center has expanded the Slight Risk for severe storms this evening. The outlook increase includes the Lincoln and Omaha metro areas. A cluster or strong to severe storms is expected to push into the area this evening into the overnight period. Damaging wind gusts (70+ mph) will be the primary concern, however hail (1"+ in diameter), a brief tornado, and locally heavy rainfall will also be possible.
